Tiny Health testing looks at the bacteria and other microorganisms living in your gut. It helps us see how balanced and resilient your gut ecosystem is, what important functions may need support, and where we may need to strengthen.

Why do I go about it this way?

I don’t look at one bacteria and simply label it “good” or “bad.” Your gut is an ecosystem, and everything works together.

That is why I look at the whole picture—your microbiome results, symptoms, health history, nutrition, digestion, stress, sleep, and lifestyle. The goal isn’t just to chase or eliminate bacteria. It’s to understand why the gut environment may be out of balance and what it needs to function better.
